中国音乐旅行纪实节目邀请5组音乐人去往5个目的地，以天空为幕布、以大地为舞台，与当地人一起歌唱，用最真诚朴素的方式“边走边唱”，共同为观众奉上一场奇妙的夏季户外音乐会。
