梨园世家出生的项宇新在大学组了一只Grunge摇滚乐队，兼任吉他和主唱，乐队成员有键盘丁乃文，贝斯范世涛，鼓手毕明轩。在大三的假期，因准备校园乐队大赛，他们选择留在就读城市，入住项宇新爷爷项延良经营多年的梨园，备战比赛。于此同时，梨园受邀参加中泰文化交流节，在竞争之下，国戏高材生林沁一与大师兄赵长华合演的三击掌，大师姐周淑婷与天才少女林思思重现失传的双蛇斗双双入选。此时项延良记挂的，却是孙子项宇新是否还愿意重拾京剧。归来的项宇新并未正面回答爷爷的疑问，携童年挚友余吉带着乐队众人游览梨园。在二师兄吴必胜的引导下，乐队成员开始渐渐了解京剧的魅力。
东京近郊一间屋被传是阴森鬼屋，说但凡拜访者进入，都会离奇毙命或神秘失踪。传说当年该屋的主人曾因突至的狂性大发斩死妻子，尔后自杀，其6岁的儿子从此失踪，至今下落不明，鬼屋自此怨气冲天，每一位到访者都会在瞬间被恐怖笼罩。 大学女生理佳（奥菜惠）因做义工无意间闯入该屋，在遍寻不着要照顾的老人后，她于无意间瞥见一个神秘诡异男孩，但转眼男孩又失踪。自此，诸多恐怖怪事开始接二连三在理佳身上发生，其身边的亲朋好友也一一受到牵连。
